| Can USAPOSTCARDS.COM print sizes not listed in your "Products & Services"? |
| Yes, we are able to print any size document 2"x2" up to 28"x36" |

| What payment methods do you accept? |
| We currently accept Visa, Master card, American Express, and Discover via Paypal.com, business checks, and cashier's check or money orders. |

| If I don't need 4over4 printing, can I get a discount on my order? |
All of the postcards we print are 4over4. There are no discount for 4over1, 4over2, etc.

| Can I order One-color or Two-Color printing from USAPOSTCARDS.COM? |
We only print four-color process printing. If you want to print just one color, and it happens to be a specific PMS (Pantone) color, please refer to your graphic design software or online resources for the closest CMYK process color equivalent.

| What type of paper/stock will my job be printed on? |
| We use two types of paper/stock for printing: |

| 14pt C2S White Cover Stock - This stock is used for all of our postcards and flyers. In addition to some specialty items including presentation folders, rack cards, and door hangers. It is a ultra thick high quality paper stock. |
| 100# Text C2S White Cover Stock - This stock is used for all of our brochures and folded print jobs. This weight paper allows for excellent folding without tearing perfect for brochures and any other folded print job. |

| Will I receive exactly the number of pieces ordered? |
It is an industry standard that orders will be plus or minus 10% of the quantity ordered. We try to maintain our own standard and the majority of our orders are usually plus or minus 2-3%.

| Can I order less then 5000 pieces? |
No, our order minimum is 5000 and orders are purchased in multiples of 5000. However, if you require a lesser number of cards we can run the cards and only ship you the quantity you require. Therefore saving you money on shipping costs. Please includes this in the comment section of your order or contact us directly when placing an order.

| I have two designs, Can I split my order so that get 2500 of each? |
No, our minimum order per job.artwork supplied is 5000 pieces.

| Can I track my order status on your web site? |
Yes, you can track your order on our web site. First, login using the email and password you used when creating your "User Account". When logged in, click on "My Account" at the upper left corner of the web site. In the "Previous Orders" table you will see all of your most recent orders. Click the "View" button to see complete information on your order. Here you will see updates on status order comments, and if your print job has be shipped a tracking number will be available. In addition, you will be receiving "Order Updates" via email whenever your order is in a new phase of the order process.

| Do you print anything besides postcards and brochures? |
Yes, we print presentations folders, table tents, door hangers, and can custom die cut any piece of paper for specialty project at an additional charge. If you have any special product needs and would like a quote please feel free to fill our our Quote Request Form and we will have a custom quote for you within 24-48 hours.

| Will I get some sort of proof before my job is printed? |
We send out an "online proof" for you to review that will either be sent to your provided email or will be available online via a link that will be found in your "Order Comments" area. This proof is used to review art layout and "pleasing color" standards. We do not guarantee exact color matching.

| Why do you not "guarantee exact color matching?" |
Our jobs are printed in gang run format and limitations of this format may result in slight color variations. A 10% to 15% deviation should be expected and is held to be within generally accepted printing industry standards. USAPOSTCARDS.COM makes every effort to produce a reasonable representation based on art files used. USAPOSTCARDS.COM cannot guarantee exact color matching.
However, in the event that an extreme variation in color occurs (i.e. a red is printed blue) we will reprint cards at no additional cost to the customer.

| I have a different format than those listed as acceptable on your web site, can it be used? |
Sometimes we are able to use files other then those listed. However, we must first review the files. Please send your questionable art files to artdept@usapostcards.com with "ARTFILE FOR REVIEW" in the subject line. One of our graphic designer will review your file and email you letting you know if the file is acceptable. This service is FREE of charge.

| How do I send my artwork files? |
We prefer that you upload your files when placing your order. However, if your connection is too slow to do this efficiently, please feel free to mail us a CD-R or DVD-R.
When you complete the order you will receive a mailing address where to send your files.

| How will I know you have received my artwork files? |
After selecting the files you want to upload, click on "Add to Cart." It will usually take between 30 seconds and 3 minutes to upload most standard artwork files (except for larger full page brochures or menus may take up to 15 minutes.) If the upload is successful you will be able to see the files names of your uploaded files when you proceed through the checkout process.
If you files are very large, over 5MB, you may experience a longer wait time. Using compression programs such as WinZip, WinRar, or Stuff It! will help in minimizing file size and therefore speed up the upload procedure. If you'd like to upload your large files via an 3rd Party FTP program please contact us and we will provide you with the login information you will need to log on to our FTP server.
If you have sent your artwork through the mail, we will update your "Order Comments" area letting you know that we have received your artwork and link you to a proof. You will also receive an email update as well.
If you have already ordered but need to resubmit new artwork files please use our "File Upload" Service that can be found on the "Home" page

| What size and resolution should my files be setup at? |
Your files should be delivered at the exact size of your product and at least 300dpi resolution. Please use the templates provided in each product page to make sure that your artwork is setup correctly and that none of your important images or text will be cut off during the cutting process.

| What delivering and shipping methods do you offer? |
We deliver/courier orders in the counties of Miami-Dade, Broward, & Palm Beach County. Orders in the Greater Miami-Dade or Broward County area will be assessed a $20.00 delivery charge.
We normally ship byUPS Ground service. If you require expedited shipping we also offer UPS 3-Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Overnight delivery.

| Can I use my own shipping account to ship my order? |

| Can I have shipping for one job sent to different addresses? |
Yes, please make sure to include this in the comments section when you place your order. Include the quantities and addresses to where you need them mailed. Additional shipping charges will apply.

| What is your turnaround time for most jobs? |
When you view a product on our site, please check under Key Features for turnaround time. Turnaround time DOES NOT include shipping time.

| Do you add any tag lines or advertising to my artwork? |
No, we do not add any tag lines or advertising to your postcard.
